Delivery Times
Our standard delivery timeframe is 0–2 business days for both Local and Extended Delivery.
Because we prepare our flowers fresh and operate our own delivery service, some orders may be prepared and delivered the same day.
Delivery timing can vary depending on the order, destination, product availability, holidays, weather, traffic, and daily delivery volume.
Custom Delivery Date
Need your flowers delivered on a specific date?
We can accommodate custom delivery dates whenever possible.
For weddings, events, celebrations, corporate orders, advance orders, or any other special delivery request, please contact us before placing your order:
Please include your preferred delivery date, delivery ZIP code, and any relevant details. We will confirm availability with you.
Delivery Information
Please provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout, including:
- Recipient's full name
- Complete delivery address
- Phone number
- Apartment, suite, unit, or building information, when applicable
- Any relevant delivery instructions
The delivery option and applicable fee are determined by the delivery ZIP code entered at checkout.
If your delivery address is outside the ZIP codes listed above, please contact us to check whether delivery may be available.
Recipient Availability
We recommend that the recipient is available to receive the order.
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may contact the recipient using the phone number provided with the order and may leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate.
If a safe delivery location is not available, another delivery attempt may need to be arranged. Additional delivery fees may apply when a new delivery attempt is required because of recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery information.
