Where do you deliver?
BOHA FLOWERS provides local flower delivery in Miami and surrounding areas. Free local delivery is available within our designated local delivery area, generally covering locations within approximately 20 miles of our Miami studio. Deliveries outside the standard local delivery area may be available for an additional delivery fee.
How much does delivery cost?
Local delivery is free for eligible orders within our designated local delivery area.
For locations outside our standard local delivery area, a $20 delivery fee may apply.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.
If you need flowers for a specific date, please place your order in advance and select your preferred delivery date when available.
Can I order flowers for a specific date?
Yes. We recommend placing your order in advance when you need flowers for a specific date, especially for holidays, events, and special occasions.
Can I request a custom floral arrangement?
Yes. BOHA FLOWERS creates custom floral arrangements for special occasions, events, celebrations, corporate spaces, and other floral projects.
Please contact us with your preferred date, delivery location, color preferences, approximate budget, and any inspiration or special requests.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Because our arrangements are handmade using fresh and seasonal flowers, slight variations in color, size, shape, and flower availability may occur.
When necessary, flowers, greenery, vases, or other materials may be substituted with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and aesthetic.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Once an arrangement is being prepared, customized, or has been delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact BOHA FLOWERS within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the arrangement and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution when applicable, which may include a replacement or store credit.
